Though the blog has been deserted for a few months, the garden has been marching on! The plants and I are now pretty well adjusted to our new digs, and finding ways to tackle a new set of urban gardening challenges. Chief among them is the more shady location, as well as a much smaller size than the old monstrous place. To compensate, I’ve turned half my parking spot into a garden extension (luckily, I have a pretty short car!)
If you think it long and mad the wind of banners that passes through my life
And you decide to leave me at the shore of the heart where I have roots
That on that day, at that hour, I shall lift my arms
And my roots will set off to seek another land.
